Beth,

I've been hearing buzz about a new product launching possibly in March--do you know any details you can share with me?

I look forward to the numbers. Anyway to not only provide a last year to this year comparison but provide quarterly comparisons. It might help kill any rumors, and would certainly help understand seasonal cycles for volume. Most public companies provide both annual and quarterly stats. Since you don't have to, it is nice to see whatever you have.

Another comment. Since the tech people at code review think reported web hits, etc. are wrong, anyway to include the correct movement of hits?

Hey Beth, thanks for the info. Can I make a request that when you announce the Quixtar figures, that we say why the numbers went down?

We all know that the numbers are going to go down. How can they not, when an LOA that scooped up 30% of all LOAs (through deceit and bribery) before (some less than a month before) they hit you guys with a bogus blackmail lawsuit is terminated/resigns?

I know you can't go into all the details, but some would be helpful in explaining the loss of revenue, and, more importantly, using it as an opportunity to illustrate Quixtar/Amway/Alticor's willingness to lose revenue in the short term, in order to amputate the cancerous appendages that have wreaked havoc on this business opportunity and business community.

Pruning always leads to a greater harvest.

And admitting that Quixtar/Amway/Alticor did not accurately diagnose the problem.  This cancer was more aggressive and spread faster than anticipated, would be good to mention. Because the question will be asked, "How do we know that y'all won't be asleep at the wheel again?"

I am happy to see the company is concentrating on providing products that are priced for the masses.  In light of where the economy is headed having products that are more affordable is a paramount.

Imagine how popular AMWAY/QUIXTAR would be if they, like WalMart, advertised falling prices.  Take a 10% reduction across the board and see what happens.

It just has to be done because no matter how good the product; there is no way a hazardous product (read the label) like Persue Toilet Bowl cleaner is worth $2-$3 dollars more than the competition.

Looking forward to the company taking some of that advertising $$ and making an investment in price reduction.  I believe IBO and customers alike would be more eager to purchase and that would increase everyones bottom line.

Tom

Editor's Note:

Pursue Toilet Bowl Cleaner, like many cleaning supplies, can be hazardous if improperly handled and should be used with care. Pursue is acidic in order to effectively remove mineral deposits, however it has a child safety cap in order to prevent accidental opening or spilling. All of our raw materials go through a very intensive internal Quality Assurance process and we go to great lengths to know our suppliers and sources for materials. In addition to this, our product development area evaluates all of our products which includes analytical testing to assure they meet our high quality standards.

Bridgett, (Feb 6)

Typically you have good posts. Neither of us were happy  with what happened regarding Team Leaders, IBOAI and Quixtar in 2007. Your post, however is offensive to me, and I don't consider it accurate. Q/A held your comment for several days. I can see why.

Katie,

Thanks for clarifying the post delay typically. I had posted both my Feb. 6, and 12th comments, and came back later and say the Feb. 6 comment from Bridgett. She has typically been pro core line Q/A retail, but I never expected the comment that was posted later.
