One Step Closer to Providing World Class Training
Tuesday, April 24, 2007  by Jim Payne

As you know, we've talked here and elsehwere in the Opportunity Zone about developing a competency in training and education at Quixtar.

We're one step closer to realizing that vision by hiring a new training director. Alison Hague, who formerly led training for organizations like Verizon Business and Siebel Systems, will create this new division for Quixtar.

She just started last week and we're delighted to have her on board. Her first steps will be to define our needs and create a division to support Quixtar-provided training to help make IBOs more successful sooner.

I hope to have Alison join us soon in the Zone to explain more about what's ahead, but please join me in welcoming her to Quixtar. And please keep your ideas coming about what kinds of training would be valuable to help you be more successful in your Quixtar businesses.

Alison,

Welcome. We look forward to the development of the new training program from Quixtar.

Having a cost effective training program is a requirement to enable this business to grow. We know you will be leveraging the internet and other modern technologies to provide this program, and look forward to a low overhead tool that enables a net profit for each IBO at a significantly sooner/lower PV level that will improve the reputation, retention, and attitude of IBO's.

Good luck, we are excited to have you onboard with the training focus that is very much needed.

Alison,

We are excited to have you on board at Quixtar. I can hopefully share the sentiment representing the entire IBO community. We are so proud to represent the Corporation and your addition is so timely. With cutting edge multi-media/web-based training you can help us soar with knowledge at our finger tips. Plus on-demand web training will be so cool for IBOs at any level. Thank You & God Bless You.

Hi everyone  my name is Jaime and i'm 17 years old. I was planning to enroll in Quixtar when i become 18.. Is 18 the right age to enter Quixtar??

Editor's Response Published by Anna Bryce:

Jaime,

Thanks for your comment and enthusiasm for Quixtar. You may register as an IBO at the age of 16 but you may not sponsor others until you are 18.

Best of luck to you!

Anna

Alison, Welcome!  We need cutting-edge training and the ability to help new IBOs become profitable sooner.  Corporate-sponsored training, available as downloads or on the web, would go a long way to help us improve our business's image.  I'm looking forward to seeing you bring your talents to this important mission.

I have been in this business for some years already and my silver and platinum leaders are in different training programs .

We need if posible a training that can lead PV from the material we buy and recomend to new IBOs.

The focus should be on helping new IBOs to make more money from Quixtar business not from private training programs that make an expensive beggining.

This is fantastic! I am very excited about the direction Quixtar is going. Can't wait for the future!

Glad to see you come on board Allison! I would love to see on-line and off-line training programs for brand new people to help them get from 0-Ruby quickly.

Some questions:  how much computer literacy is going to be required for this training system?  what, if any, will the PV to IBO cost be?

will bonuses for this training be calculated and paid like the bonuses for product sales?

what will the profit margin to the corporation be?  who will be producing the tools and what is their field experience in THIS unique business -- our business in no way resembles Verizon or Seibel Systems?  I'm VERY concerned about this as I learn better face to face vs online.

will the company offer training seminars around the country?

thank you for your response.
